You can try it yourself here

How To Change The Wallpaper In Windows 7

Posted by computerglobe on April 17, 2010 at 11:50 PM Comments comments (0)

OK, one of the most noticeable changes in Windows 7 is the desktop background switcher.  In Windows Vista, XP, 2000, 98, ME, 95 and so on all you have is a boring background that you choose to be on all the time.  Yes, you can change it whenever you want but, wouldn't it be cool to have Windows change the background by it's self every minute, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, every hour and so on?  Well, in Windows 7, Microsoft made it possible ...

Hey guys.  My desktop recently broke.  My Northbridge got loose and came off of my Motherboard and I had a defective Ram card.  My PC is fine now and it is all fixed.  And guess what?  I finally upgraded my Ram from 512MB ram to 1GB Ram.  Remember, 1GB Ram is 1024MB Ram.   Windows 7 is very fast with 1GB Ram for me.  Right now I have Google Chrome running with a Youtube Video playing and Xchat opened in Windows 7 Home Premium w...

What is you current Anti Virus protection? AVG, Avast, Norton? Well I have used personally 2 of the three. To be honest I wasn't to impress with them. For the longest time I went with out Anti Virus feeling worried I decided it was time to get some Anti Virus. I found many free programs but skeptical about using them. While one day just surfing along http://www.microsoft.com.  I found a free program called "Microsoft Security Essentials." I decided to download ...

Yes, Windows 7 is a little over a month old.  I can't believe it is already over a month old!  I remember, I was reading articles about Windows 7 like crazy before it came out.  When it first came out, the price was so ridiculous!  $199.00 For a Full Copy of Windows 7 Home Premium??  And omg, Windows Ultimate was really high too!  Lucky me, I got my copy for free from HP.  Who in the world would pay $400.00 for an OS? ...

Microsoft Office 2010 Beta Review

Microsoft Office 2010 while still beta in my opinion is better then 2007, it is like Windows  7 is to MS Office 2010 as Vista is to MS office 2007.  WordArt has finally been finalized!  It is a lot easier to make WordArt, and edit it. It has also redone the backstage feature, it a lot easier to save/save as, open, and print. Also, the ribbon has been improved.  MS office beta has also added a Screenshot feature under insert; it shows all the wind...

Have you ever wanted a Free Office Suite for your computer that is like Microsoft's?  I know I have!  About a year ago, I found OpenOffice.  I used it a lot but then I switched to AbiWord because I didn't use the apps that came with OpenOffice.  Sun Microsystems made this Office Suite so you know it is good.  Remember, Sum Microsystems made Java Script for your web browser.  OpenOffice Might look similar like Microsoft's Offic...

VM Virtual Machine

I have been looking into getting a VM (virtual machine) but I didn't really want to pay. I found 2 programs that I was interested and liked, VMware player, and VirtualBox. I personally like VMware player better, the UI (user interface) of VMware player is really nice. You can choose how much RAM you want dedicated for VMware player. You also choose how much of your hard drive you want for VMware player. All you do is click “Create a New Virtual Machine” t...
